Prior to getting her license, Andrea worked for 7 years in event marketing, executing large scale events across the nation. During this time, she developed a unique skill set that is highly transferrable to the real estate industry. For example, her job was to help clients market their products through the execution of unique events and experiences in order to drive sales. Andrea uses this same approach when listing your home. For example, she will do everything she can to make your home stand out from the rest, develop a robust marketing plan to drive foot traffic to your house, and leave buyers with a memorable experience that makes them want to come back for more. Lastly, Andrea has a strong relationship with the top Realtors in the city and a pipeline that tracks active buyers, both being valuable resources when looking to work with a new agent.
Andrea lives for small details, has a knack for organization, and has strong communication and listening skills.
